Préparation de riz basmati avec un choix de poulet, agneau, boeuf, crevettes, pois chiches ou légumes. Cette dernière est ensuites frite dans du beurre ghee, avec amandes, noix de coco et raisins. Le tout servi avec sauce à la menthe. Preparation of basmati rice with a choice of chicken, lamb, beef, shrimps, chickpeas or vegetables. Then fried in ghee with almonds, coconut and sultanas. Served with mint sauce.
